We are fortunate to have mild weather this week, with partially cloudy skies taking the edge off the tropical sun,
and temperatures forecast to be around 27-32C (80-90F) outdoors/22-24C (71-75F) indoors.

【Registration】Registration & Service Desk: 1F Lobby, Building C | Open from Oct 15-09:00 until end of Conference
Note that there will be separate desks for Local Attendees, Overseas Attendees, and Speakers/Committee Members.
Please register at the corresponding desk to collect your conference badge and tote bag, and access to the venue and meals will require your badge.
Morning coffee/tea and refreshments will be served on the 3rd Floor from 09:00 on Oct 15 before the start of the Conference.
【Special Notice: Poster Presenters】After registration, please proceed to the poster area on the 3rd Floor behind the Conference Hall,
and put up the poster at your designated slot (marked by your Abstract Number in the Conference Handbook);
please remove your poster by 12:30 on Oct 18, after which the secretariat will dispose of all remaining posters.
Please remember to be at your poster during your designated poster session for judging and also interaction with other attendees.
【Special Notice: Short Talks】Please provide your presentation as a PDF or PPT/PPTX (File Name: Abstract Number – Name)
to synapse@vercentrys.com as soon as possible; due to the tight schedule, we kindly request to avoid using your own notebook computers.

【Notices】
- Please note that as the Conference zone partially overlaps with NBRP staff areas, do keep your personal belongings with you at all times.
- Eating is prohibited in the Conference Hall (only water allowed).
- A water dispenser is available on the 2rd and 3rd Floors near the washrooms; please bring or reuse your own water bottle.
- Vegetarian meals are limited and will be prioritized for those who registered for them in advance.
